"I've known John and his family most of my life. He is a great person and always does his best to try to make the lives of people around him better. He's dependable and someone you can count on to assist with whatever you may need. Every question, concern, etc that I've ever had, he has answered within a few minutes and always tries to give you the best possible solution. He checks in a frequently to make sure that things are okay and asks if there is anything he can do to help. Since everyone has to have auto insurance in order to legally drive a vehicle in the US, it's important to think about who will not only find you the most affordable option for your needs, but also backs that up with coverage that helps you get back on your feet quickly if something happens. I have had two accidents - one where I was at fault and one where another party was at fault. Both times, he picked up the phone immediately, asked if I was okay, and gave me advice on how to proceed. Yes you are paying for coverage, but you are also paying for the assistance of someone who cares about you and wants to help make a difficult situation as painless as possible. They are called car accidents for a reason. Nobody goes out with the intention of causing an accident. Whether at fault or not, he approaches the situations without judgement and tries to first and most importantly make sure you're alright then secondly help you determine what you need to do to get back on the road quickly. When accidents happen, John is someone that you can count on to assist you with any questions and concerns you may have at a moment's notice. Highly recommend!"

"Our local State Farm agent, John Durden, spent 3 solid hours with me yesterday, helping me to search item by item our fire claim from over 2 yrs ago. We discovered several things that had not been paid. He is helping me to follow up so that we can finally GIT ER DONE!!!! He has helped us far and beyond what our agent in Washington (where the fire was) ever did. He is even helping me try to find insurance in Idaho for our property that got dropped because of potential fire danger. He is doing all this out of the kindness of his Christian heart. I highly recommend him, very thankful God led my husband to use him when we moved to Longview area."

"John is a fantastic insurance agent with a great staff! I always receive great personal service and am never treated like just another client.
